If you’re from Vancouver, you have probably seen these cookies before.
I got this idea from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
I know you have walked down Robson and looked, or stared, at these cookies outside their store.
They’re show-stoppers. I havent tried one from Rocky Mountain yet, but I will soon.
For now, I have made a version of my own by smearing creamy milk chocolate over my Levain CCCs and adding chopped Almond Roca/sprinkles on top of the chocolate.

oh my. i think thats the most delicious cookie ive ever seen… *drools* i guess the only way to make them even more heart-attack-esque would be to sandwhich two together with melted chocolate! oh, by the way, i have nominated your blog for the happy 101 award =). you can check out the details on the latest post on my blog.

Having a half eaten cookie in the picture is no biggie. Once, I photographed a cake with a huge chunk missing because I couldn’t wait to eat it! But really that is the coolest idea for a CCC. I must try this!
